Shipping within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide only, from our Melbourne location.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. While we do our best to meet this timeframe, processing times are not guaranteed and may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on location)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional upgrade at checkout)

All parcels are sent with signature on delivery for added security.
If you would prefer your order to be left in a safe place, please write this request in the Special Order Instructions section in your cart before checkout. By providing this instruction, you agree that Breath of NOW cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft once the parcel has been marked as delivered.

We recommend using an address where someone is available to receive your parcel during business hours (Monday–Friday). If no one is available, Australia Post will usually send you an email notification, or you can check your parcel’s status using your tracking number to arrange collection from the nearest collection point.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a redelivery fee will apply. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 Australia-wide.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery within 10 km of Point Cook, Melbourne. Place your order by 4 pm for same-day delivery.

Packaging

All orders are thoughtfully packaged with eco-conscious materials wherever possible. Our meditation kits are packed in 100% recycled kraft cardboard boxes, which can be easily recycled or composted after use. Smaller mailing envelopes are not compostable at this stage.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Each item is prepared with care and intention, and we want you to feel completely happy with your purchase.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at connect@breathofnow.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue promptly. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery fee.

If you would prefer a refund instead of redelivery, the initial delivery fee will be deducted, and a $10 handling fee will apply. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order to avoid delays or additional fees.
